Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving client performance goals for their portfolio
- Responsible for throughput of budget across clients, and hitting growth targets set for each
- Provide weekly reports and strategic insights to clients, as well as client presentations
- Build client proposals to drive incremental spend opportunities for their accounts
- Build strong relationships with media vendors to drive innovation and best practice
- Responsible for deploying efficient workflow across account portfolio, keeping to and improving upon existing processes
- Responsible for setting clear priorities for each account and ensuring timely completion of team deliverables of expected high standards
- Responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver as expected and monitoring QA checks to ensure there are no errors
- Identifying resource related issues in advance and suggesting solutions
- Accurately providing updates internal and external on performance of portfolio clients against both KPIs
- Highlighting useful trends, strategies and new features for leverage across their clients
- Sharing any learnings internally with the Search team and the wider agency
Experience
- End-to-end knowledge of Google Ads. From activation, to optimisation, testing, tracking and measurement
- Solid understanding of Paid Search landscape and best-in-class tactics for ecommerce
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent business acumen, commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team to maximise output and campaign results
- Ability to communicate and work with multiple areas of the organisation including the Founders, Marketing, Sales and Account Management
