We are looking for a PPC and Paid Social Manager to join our growing team. This is a key agency role, focused on the management and execution of high-budget B2B PPC, programmatic and paid social international campaigns. This position involves comprehensive responsibilities for building, delivering, optimising and reporting on campaigns.
The manager will help shape clients’ digital marketing strategies, drive increased campaign performance, and deliver market and performance insights and recommendations to clients.
The job holder will be responsible for:
- To work with the Digital Media Director to create strategy for client campaigns
- To manage the creation (strategy and build) of campaigns
- To manage the delivery, performance and reporting of B2B PPC, programmatic (ABM), and paid social campaigns.
- To optimise and report on campaign performance using both platform and GA4 data, and presenting findings and insights to clients
- To support the team with creation of proposals for new business PPC briefs including keyword research, benchmark KPIs, proposal writing and presenting to manager, clients or prospects
- To support the team with relevant client admin such as invoicing media spend
Skills Required
To fulfil the role the job holder will have the following:
- Marketing qualification (CIM etc)
- Google Search and Display ads certifications
- Google Tag Manager and utm tracking expertise
- GA4 certification
- Experience of CRMs and related martech (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo)
- LinkedIn campaign manager ads full funnel expertise
- Programmatic and ABM platform set up, optimisation and reporting
- Budget management
- Presentation skills including Powerpoint and Excel
The candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in working in an agency environment – they will already be in a manager role and looking for the next step, they must be used to managing client relationships.
Technical Expertise:
- Google Search and Display Ads
- Programmatic platforms (eg StackAdapt or DemandBase)
- Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and UTM tracking
- GA4 for advanced analytics and dashboard reporting
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager ads
- Client management, budget management and commercial oversight
- Candidates with other social (Meta, Twitter and TikTok) ads and SEO skills will be advantageous.
