Overview
THE ROLE
This position requires a highly motivated, technically skilled, and commercially minded individual to lead the daily strategy for our global clients' paid search business. The candidate will oversee strategic enhancements and ensure local markets implement them effectively while providing exceptional client service.
THE Client & Team
Our client is one of the world’s leading home appliance manufacturers, present in over 160 countries globally. They produce a range of high-end appliances recognised for their aesthetics and functionality. As their current digital media partner in the EMEA region, Zenith has collaborated on a media-driven direct response strategy with the client.
Most activity is run through paid search, which has seen significant growth in the past years. This is expected to continue increasing further as additional lines of business are added to our current remit.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage paid search campaigns across different formats (Shopping, Performance Max).
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s products, competition, industry and marketing objectives and be able to translate them into search strategies.
- Overseeing budgeting process, creation of projections and allocation with internal account teams.
- Review paid search accounts to provide suggestions and highlight opportunities to stakeholders to help improve performance and pacing vs monthly targets and KPIs.
- Review and address issues with the team, ensuring they understand what should be changed and why.
- Training team where knowledge gaps appear or where they could benefit from changing their processes.
- Support the day-to-day contact for mid-level clients and global counterparts
- Demonstrate strong communication skill.
- Contribute to client presentations and meetings, including presentation of data and results.
- Establish practices to ensure both consistency in teamwork, along with flexibility to flourish under new ideas
- Identify gaps/inefficiencies promptly and create improved processes
- Grow best practice training to inspire knowledge sharing within immediate team and outside.
- Taking ownership of product strategy and testing.
- Manage team resources and ensure they have sufficient tasks and responsibilities each week and are aligned to working to our current priorities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced Paid Search expert to lead the daily operations of our Paid Search and Shopping campaigns. Paid Search's dynamic and fast-paced nature demands a mix of creative and analytical skills to drive results across our global client portfolios.
Pre-requisites for the role
- Paid Search/PPC related experience
- Shopping and Performance Max experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, particularly explaining technical concepts to those in non-technical roles
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Experience with budget forecast and media plan built
- Experience in using tools as SA360 & GA4
