The role
We’re searching for a Senior PPC Manager to lead Paid Search strategy and performance across Google and Microsoft Ads. As part of Numan’s Marketing Centre of Excellence, you will be the go-to expert for all things PPC - ensuring campaigns efficiently reach high-intent audiences while driving scalable growth across every Numan condition.
You will blend hands-on execution with strategic oversight, working closely with channel peers, Creative, and Data teams to develop full-funnel, insight-led campaigns that maximise ROI.
You’ll be:
- Owning end-to-end PPC strategy across Google and Microsoft Ads.
- Leading campaign build, optimisation, and budget management.
- Implementing and refining value-based bidding strategies using Amplitude or first-party data.
- Partnering with Product and Creative teams to ensure best-in-class ad copy, landing pages, and user journeys.
- Running structured tests to improve conversion rates, quality scores, and overall efficiency.
- Collaborating with Paid Social and SEO teams to share learnings and drive integrated growth.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Extensive experience managing PPC at scale across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Expertise in Smart Bidding, RSAs, keyword strategy, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data platforms such as Looker, GA4, or Amplitude.
- Experience managing budgets and reporting performance to stakeholders.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of attribution models, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), and incrementality testing.
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience linking first-party conversion data to ad platforms (e.g., CAPI).
- Familiarity with healthcare, regulated markets, or subscription models.
- Experience mentoring or managing other performance marketers.
