Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Client SEO Strategies: Design and implement customised, data-driven SEO strategies for multiple clients, boosting their organic visibility, website traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Keyword and Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights tailored to each client's needs.
- Technical SEO Expertise: Perform detailed website audits, resolve technical SEO issues, and implement improvements to ensure optimal performance, including site speed, indexing, and crawlability.
- Content Optimisation and Collaboration: Partner with content creators, designers, and developers to align content and site architecture with SEO best practices.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Use tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SE Ranking, and others to track client SEO performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients by regularly presenting updates, insights, and results, while clearly explaining the impact of your SEO strategies.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and tools to ensure clients maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Expertise in technical SEO and content optimisation.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools (e.g., SE Ranking SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SE Ranking) and CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for achieving measurable results.
What We Offer
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience).
