We are seeking a talented SEO Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team at boohoo group. As the SEO Manager, reporting into the Head of SEO, you will be responsible for supporting our onsite & technical SEO strategy, supporting key projects, reporting & new initiatives to help us drive efficiency and growth. You will have a direct report on the technical side and work alongside our Senior SEO exec & assistants to help shape and execute the strategy.

Responsibilities
- Delivery of the SEO strategy and outlook.
- Ensure the website remains SEO optimised from a technical and content standpoint.
- Manage the team & task flow across all SEO touchpoints, with an increased focused on the technical side.
- Support the wider business, including ecommerce, VM and product teams for search insight, market demand and SEO recommendations.
- Feed into marketing campaigns from an SEO perspective.
- Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, and similar tools to spot SEO trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Provide detailed analysis on any changes that impact SEO traffic and revenue.
- Ensure SEO activities align with business objectives and follow a revenue-first approach.
- Work closely with the translation team to ensure we deliver quality content for international expansion.
- Drive the SEO A/B testing plan with the tech & UX team to ensure we validate opportunities.
- Conduct extensive keyword research and gap analysis to ensure maximum product and landing page coverage.
- Increase ranking and traffic from SEO on key product categories and markets, including a focus on driving traffic from products in free Shopping listings
- Ensure Digital PR campaign effectiveness and adjust as necessary.
- Lead for SEO on offsite SEO campaigns in target markets.
- Working with the Head of SEO to ensure SEO aligns with all digital channels for optimum results.
Requirements
- 4-5 years SEO experience with a previous role in fashion retail will be beneficial.
- Demonstrative solution-oriented thinking, you excel at turning obstacles into opportunities.
- Your strong numerical skills and commercial awareness enable you to prioritise work effectively, focusing on the best effort-to-return ratio.
- Proven expertise in SEO that has resulted in impressive ranking performance in competitive search landscapes.
- Robust content expertise that shows how we can use content to benefit users commercially and enhance search performance.
- Proven experience in executing SEO campaigns aimed at securing topically relevant backlinks.
- A blend of creative and analytical skills with experience working with large volumes of data to extract actionable insight.
- Social media aware - you see SEO beyond Google and have experimented with social/TikTok SEO, using social listening to identify current trends.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets to be able to do advanced reporting/analysis and support junior team members to create process efficiencies.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate and clearly explain the concept of SEO and requirements needed.
- Experienced in using GA4 alongside other SEO tools for example Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, AHREFs and more.
- Experience using Google Merchant Center to optimise for Free Shopping traffic and revenue.
