Your Responsibilities
Our People Solutions team are looking for bright, enthusiastic and articulate candidates keen to gain experience and start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Drive and attention to detail essential.
The successful candidates will be working closely with other analysts to learn the role and to support on the day-to-day needs.
You will be provided with structured and ‘on-the-job’ training, support with professional qualifications.
- Manage, cleanse, and interpret internal data as well as client data.
- Responsible for monthly uploads of claims and membership data.
- Develop internal models.
- Develop PowerBI dashboards for internal and external purposes.
- Deliver claims forecasts on PMI and assist the actuarial team.
- Carry out ad-hoc projects, across all lines of business, to support the business where possible.
- Internal ‘go-to’ for excel support, client and internal ad-hoc requests.
- Responsible for financial reporting for the People Solutions Executive Team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interest in programming languages such as DAX/VBA, R/Python
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Thorough and great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Interest in the healthcare and risk market
