About the Role
As an SEO Analyst at BisectHosting, you will play a pivotal role in improving our organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and optimizing conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address SEO and SEM challenges while implementing strategies to enhance our online presence. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), and the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and search rankings.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify new optimization opportunities.
- Identify technical SEO issues, including site speed, crawl errors, and mobile-friendliness.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and enhance backlink profiles.
- Collaborate with UX and development teams to address SEO-related user experience (UX) challenges.
- Work closely with partners and the marketing team to optimize existing and new content for SEO and SEM purposes.
- Perform competitor analysis to evaluate SEO strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep BisectHosting’s SEO strategies competitive.

Requirements
- Qualifications2+ years of experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across departments, including development, design, and marketing teams.
- Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or web hosting industries.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other technical SEO tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing link-building campaigns.
