Duration: Initially 6 - 12 months
Overview
In this role you’ll craft the design system underpinning innovative digital experiences for audiences around the world.
You’ll leverage your skills in user interface and experience design to define the blueprint for functional and engaging web frontends.
You’ll need to enjoy working closely with designers, brand leads, product owners, frontend developers and stakeholders to interpret (and often enhance) core feature requirements and output innovative concepts.
This could be anything from beautiful high-fidelity wireframes, UI prototypes, concept pitch decks or feature blueprints.
Independently interpreting business and feature specifications and being able to articulate design concepts and rationalisation of decisions is key.
You’ll know your way around tools like Figma, Slickplan, Adobe, Azure DevOps and Monday (or similar project management suites).
You’ll know the value of human centred design (HCM) methodology and user experience design that is device agonistic, with particular attention to crafting engaging mobile experiences.
You’ll have experience stewarding design systems and libraries and championing their governance – ensuring practicality and scalability.
Experience and understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) isn’t necessary, but a huge plus.
Working out of our London office, you’ll join a global team working in a very global sense. The role will have periods of pressure, but you will be surrounded by great people.
A portfolio of work is the best way to showcase your skills for this role.
